Safe-React Formula E™ For Etching Concrete is designed as a direct replacement for muriatic acid. One of the most common uses is in concrete finishing applications. It is also effective for pH adjustment, industrial descaling, cleaning heat exchangers and many other jobs that normally require hazardous acids. Also brightens aluminum (not for polished aluminum). Safe-React Formula E is a concentrated formula, to be used the same way muriatic acid is normally used. In concrete finishing applications Formula E has minimal efflorescence, which means it leaves behind less fine white powdery residue than muriatic acid.
